Travel Alert- Pilates in Costa Rica….

dreams las mares

ITs that time of year again for another teaching and traveling vacation. My goal is to get to two new places every year and start getting this new passport filled up. Earlier this year as you know I visited Playa Del Carmen, Mexico (I promise my review is coming soon) in which I partnered up with Onzie Activewear and took a small private trip to Sayluita, Mexico earlier this month. I had such an amazing experience with both I am headed at of the country yet again. This time it is a late birthday trip for myself. I deserve to give my self presents right.. ūüėõ

I am super excited to announce I will be traveling to Costa Rica, Costa Rica is a major bucket list destination for me. As you know I have a love for beaches, jungles and adventuring (and of coarse Pilates) this is going to be a match made in heaven.. I am headed to Dreams Las Mareas from October 30th – November 6th, 2016 . Therefore if you need a vacation and have been longing to get some Pilates in with me, book your trip and I will see you there. I will keep you active and moving and balanced your whole vacation.

Dreams Las Mareas is only 2 years old recently opened in 2014, the property is set in a small town in the tropical jungle,¬†El Jobo Beach, in surfers paradise Tamarindo, which is on¬†the northern coast of Guanacaste, you can fly into Liberia the hotel is about a hour and a half trek from Liberia. This is upscale top rated property is all inclusive with 24/7 room service, 7 resturants and top shelf spirits. All suites even have hot tubs on the terraces, there is several pools, a spa and of coarse it is oceanfront property.¬†After you wake up and get your sunrise Pilates in you can either chill out at the gorgeous pools or beach or go take part ¬†in any of the local activities Costa Rica has to offer all of which are approx within a hour away. ¬†I will be getting out and exploring and booking some excursions … I see some Zip Lining, SUP , rafting, ATV’s hiking and maybe even some ping pong or dance lessons on my agenda..

November is the first Month of the dry season in Costa Rica with a ave temp of 79 degrees, some rain is to be expected, but there should be plenty of sunshine as well, everything should be very lush and tropical due to the September and October rainy season, Make sure to pack bug spray!!! ¬†This is the time of year the Leatherback Turtles arrive at the Playa Grande to make babies (lay eggs) , maybe we will get to check them out…. ¬†I am looking forward to this new adventure for some time to unwind and get to know myself even better, ITs all about Self-Love and a strong growth game…. ¬†Pura Vida !!!! ¬†Whose with me…

Here are a few videos of this gorgeous resort…
